Siwa Returns and Refund Policy
At Siwa, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely happy with your order upon arrival, please contact us at Refunds@siwaflavors.com or call +962-790088980 within five days of receiving your order. Our team will be happy to assist you with a replacement or exchange. To process your request, we may require photographic proof of the issue.
When Can You Request a Replacement or Exchange?
We will provide a replacement or exchange only in the following situations:
• You received the wrong items in your order.
• The product has a quality defect or does not meet our standards.
• The product was damaged during transit.
Since our products are perishable, we reserve the right to decline requests if the required evidence is not provided within the five-day timeframe or is deemed insufficient.
How We Handle Claims
• If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement order within two business days.
• Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the order.
Delivery Issues
If a delivery attempt fails due to an issue on your end—such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable at the time of delivery—Siwa cannot be held responsible. Any returned or rerouted shipments will incur additional shipping costs, which the customer will need to cover.
