This website is operated by Siwa (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  • Eligibility: You confirm you are of legal age in your country of residence.
  • Use of Site: You may not use our products for unlawful purposes or violate local laws. Uploading malicious code or attempting to disrupt the service is prohibited.
  • Accounts & Payments: You agree to provide accurate and complete account details. Payments are processed securely via our payment partners; we do not store full card details.
  • Prices & Availability: Prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and may change without notice. Availability may vary; if a product is unavailable, we may offer a replacement or refund.
  • Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, but slight variations may occur.
  • Customized Orders: Personalized orders (special packaging, branding, gifts) are non-cancellable once confirmed.
  • Limitation of Liability: Products and services are provided “as is.” Siwa shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, with jurisdiction in Amman courts.
  • Changes: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of updates.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

  • Data Collected: Name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, payment details (processed securely by third parties), transaction history, device/browser data, and cookies.
  • Purpose: To process your orders, provide customer service, improve our services, and send marketing communications (only with your consent).
  • Data Sharing: With payment providers, delivery partners, and service providers as needed. We do not sell your personal data.
  • Security: Payments are encrypted and processed securely. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
  • Cookies: Used to improve your shopping experience. You may disable them in your browser.
  • Retention: We keep data only as long as necessary for legal or operational purposes.
  • Your Rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting privacy@siwa.com.
  • Children: Our site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.


Returns and Refund Policy

At Siwa, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely happy with your order upon arrival, please contact us at Refunds@siwaflavors.com or call +962-790088980 within five days of receiving your order. Our team will be happy to assist you with a replacement or exchange. To process your request, we may require photographic proof of the issue.

When Can You Request a Replacement or Exchange?

We will provide a replacement or exchange only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong items in your order.
  • The product has a quality defect or does not meet our standards.
  • The product was damaged during transit.

Since our products are perishable, we reserve the right to decline requests if the required evidence is not provided within the five-day timeframe or is deemed insufficient.

How We Handle Claims

  • If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement order within two business days.
  • Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the order.

Delivery Issues

If a delivery attempt fails due to an issue on your end—such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable at the time of delivery—Siwa cannot be held responsible. Any returned or rerouted shipments will incur additional shipping costs, which the customer will need to cover.

Cancellation Policy

 Before preparation/shipping: Orders can be cancelled with a full refund.

  • After preparation/shipping: Cancellation may not be possible.
  • Customized orders: Cannot be cancelled after confirmation and payment.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at orders@siwa.com or +962790088980 with your order number.

Merchandise & Services Prices

  • All prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at checkout is final.
  • Promotional discounts are valid for a limited time and may not be combined with other offers.
  • Corporate and event orders are provided with written quotations valid for [7–14 days].
  • Taxes and delivery charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

Delivery Policy & Method

  • Areas & Timelines:
    • Amman: Same-day or next-day delivery (depending on order time and product availability).
    • Other Jordanian cities: 1–3 business days unless confirmed for same day delivery.
    • International shipping: Available upon request; timing depends on courier and customs clearance.
  • Delivery Fees: Calculated at checkout based on location, order size, and packaging requirements.
  • Responsibility:
    • Orders are your responsibility once delivered to the address provided.
    • A signature or confirmation code is required upon delivery.
    • For gift orders, the recipient’s signature constitutes proof of delivery.
  • Restrictions:
    • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
    • Each order may only be shipped to one address.
